We are committed to providing high-quality digital courses, learning tools, and branded products.
This Refund Policy explains when customers may request a refund, return, or exchange, in compliance with EU consumer regulations.


1. Refunds for Digital Products (Video Courses, PDF Workbooks, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

This includes:

  • Video courses
  • PDF workbooks
  • Digital templates
  • AI prompt packs
  • Downloadable materials

Once the purchase is completed and the customer receives access, the product cannot be returned.

However, a refund may be granted if:

✔ The file or video content is corrupted or inaccessible
✔ The customer experiences a technical issue preventing access
✔ A duplicate order was placed by mistake
✔ The delivered product does not match the description

2. Refunds & Returns for Physical Products (Merch)

Customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date they receive the product.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • Free of damage
  • Include all accessories, tags, or manuals

Items that cannot be returned:

❌ Personalized merchandise
❌ Used bottles or opened hygienic items
❌ Items damaged after delivery
❌ Clearance or final sale products

Shipping costs for returns depend on the reason for return:

  • If the item is defective or incorrect → TrendMosaic covers return shipping
  • If the customer changes their mind → customer pays return shipping

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Order number
  • Photo/video proof
  • Short description of the problem

We will offer one of the following:

✔ Replacement
✔ Partial refund
✔ Full refund
✔ Store credit


4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

Typical processing time:

  • Digital product refunds (if approved): 3–5 business days
  • Physical product refunds: 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item

You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect products shipped

Digital products cannot be exchanged after access is provided.
